Worst service by Renault Centurion
I bought my stepway in 2017 from a sales guy named Storm McLeod who later became manager, we agreed that the service of the car would be up to 90 000 km which I still have the communication on email. When my car was due for the 90 000 km service, I called Storm and he told me he no longer works at Renault Centurion and that if I still have the email they should be able to assist me. I was assisted by a guy named Wandile Hlophe, who referred me to liquid capital and when they checked on their books, Storm never captured or made a note of the 90 000 km service. During that time, which was approximately a week, I was communicating with a lady from liquid capital which Wandile referred me to. When I called for Wandile to tell him they couldn't help me at liquid capital and that Renault Centurion had to take over, l was told he no longer works there as well. I tried to get in touch with anyone who could assist a couple of times but the lady at reception would transfer my calls and no one would pick up and even when I left my details no one would call me back. On Tuesday the 27 of August 2019, I took the car to Renault in Northcliff for service and I was charged R 6 450 after the amount was reduced from R 9000 because I couldn't afford it. I was told, the kit belt needed to be changed which was the most expensive part. Renault Centurion has to reimburse me as they were supposed to take over from where Storm left things as I still have the proof of our agreement on email which was not met. I will take the matter up with every channel possible and expose Renault Centurion for making empty promises just to make sales. I rate them a 0, they don't even deserve a 1.
