WORST SALES SERVICE AT NORTH CLIFF BRANCH

Worst service from Imperial Select North cliff branch. I bought a vehicle with them, and they promised to provide me with a spare key. This was in January. Since then i have been sent from pillar to post and still no keys. The sales consultant has been less than useful. I complained with the branch manager but I still have not received any assistance.
