why cant i receive my voucher as promised

<p>I recommended Ms Baloyi SD to buy a car at your branch in Polokwane. Went with her to test drive and she liked the car. She bought it and a day before she fetched her car i was promised a viucher. Its been almost 4 weeks and i haven't received my Makro voucher. Ive been making follow ups with Patricia but she has been telling me story after a story. is this how you treat that help you sell your vehicles? Its like after the purchase you dont treat people well. Can i please get the voucher as promised?</p>
