Went for a service and got a scratched car without any response

I've took my car for a service last week Tuesday. I've spotted a big scratch on my wheel arch that wasn't there before. The service manager said he will get it sorted for me. Its been a week now without any feedback. I've tried email, calling, whatsapp but I don't get any response or call back. They were very quick for me to pay for the service, but there are zero other accountability that they take for their mistake. I've tried to contact the service manager and principal dealer.
