was **** to and cheated

I bought a Chery tiggo from imperial select went on the Saturday and paid half the deposit to secure the car .I was promised that the car will have a major service after a week of the car not being ready I was promised its in 100 percent working condition the car went back a week later as the brakes where not right I was promised the brakes r in good order but not even one month of having the car the breaks are gone imagine I have emailed them no response I was cheated and will definetly take this claim further .I was told the brakes need to settled in and I must also take the car key for encoding from now ibwill let the people no I have been cheated I was promised a good condition car but that's no longer true
