Warning against ********* Dinesh Samsunder

<p> </p> <p>My name is Nonjabulo Nxumalo and I would like to file a complaint and report against Dinesh Samsunder working at Imperial Select Pinetown. It started with an online query about a renault clio car my fiance saw online of which Mr Samsunder responded to. My fiance was enquiring on my behalf, I then told Mr Samsunder that at the moment I have some finances to sort out and my name is not good at the credit bereau so I know any application I make will certainly be declined. He then assured me that I will get a car regardless of my bad name but I must pay him R5000 so he can start the process. He gaurantess I will get it.</p> <p>After 4 weeks and lots of story after story, promise after promise I had no car. I demanded the money which he eventually paid in dribs and drabs.</p> <p>In this period his excuse for not completing the deal was that he was suspended from work. After repaying me he called me and we had a lengthy conversation in which he apologised for what had happened and he wanted to do things right and help me get a car.</p> <p>I agreed thinking that he was actually sincere and with good intentions. I then told him I pay 2500 and you process the application and then when I get my car I pay the balance. A month has passed and its story after story, excuse after excuse, promise after promise. I am so upset because this man continued to just fool me day in and out. I am certain I am not the only person he has done this to. I will not advice anyone to deal with this man.</p>
