VERY POOR SERVICE BROKEN PROMISES

I purchased a second hand vechicle on the 15 March 2016, from KIA PINETOWN. (Craig Mc Hardy) I was **** to right from the start! There has been numiours issues with Invoicing and amounts not accounted for, staff members dismissed (evendently for poor service, possiblie ***** etc, I was told?) amoungst other issues with my vechicle (which they had for almost 5 weeks trying to resolve with some recon centre) The dealership is still unble to account for the excessive delivery costs (licencing and reg) and still charged me for additional warrenties that never were active as stated. (When I quiered these I also had rude responces from staff members) and a extra amount over and above these charges for my number plates which I had to wait 6 weeks for and fit myself! Their charges and errors on invoices etc, not to mention *********** sales staff (Shipo)! I've been dealing with Rennette from head office complains, till yesterday to trying to resolve these issuses which she agrees with me I need to be refunded with, but now she has suggested I report this to the RMI and FAIS Ombusman as she is unabe to get this resolved either. I'm out of pocket and been **********! I will never recommend anyone deal with this franchise or dealership ever unless you want to get **********! I still have an issue with a brake shudder which was never resolved and the Used car manager reckons he can resolve this by "taking my vechicle driving recklessly ripping up the handbrake a few times, some harsh breaking locking the wheels etc jamming the brakes on as hard as he can to wear in" I dont think so!The reports here on Hello Peter show I'm not the first customer to complain about this dealerships poor service delivery, broken promices, lies, etc to say the least!

As a result of the dealership not resolving your complaint, you have been referred to the correct Ombudsman to attend to your case, once a ruling has been made this will be abided by.
The dealership as well as Customer Care have requested that you take the vehicle be taken back to have the brakes attended which was supposed to happen when you found the time, their work carries a warranty with the repairer and if left this will not no longer apply.
Confirmation was received from SA Warranty that the policy had been received and were in the process of activating it but should a claim have been necessary this would have been honoured, you have since elected to cancel the policy directly with the underwriters.
