Very good after sales service

I bought a vehicle form Honda Northcliff in June this year. I have been experiencing some issues with the vehicle which I have been discussing with the sales manager Etienne Maas. As the vehicle is not a Honda, he always took the vehicle and send it to the original dealership to check and fix all issues. He always tries to assist and helps me with a courtesy vehicle while my car is in for repairs. Although I have had some issues, I understand that it is out of his control as the vehicle was always sent to the original manufacturer for repairs. Even now - almost 6 months down the line he is still willing to assist when another fault in the engine occurred. I just want to say thank you Etienne, I think your aftersales service is great.
