Vehicle standing for 3 weeks due to no feedback
I bought a K2700 from Barry Supra, George Imperial Select Multi Franchise. a Day after collection the engine packed up on the way to Cape Town. They towed the vehicle back and overhauled the engine, it took a month. We received the vehicle in disgusting condition with cigarette ashes and chip wrappers all over. A few days later the engine started to overheat and leaked oil. Despite this, a few other outstanding issues took them another month to resolve after we laid a complaint.<br> The vehicle is still under warranty, so they asked us to take it to the nearest Multi Franchise dealer in Cape Town, so we did. The vehicle is already standing there for 3 weeks, the manager awaits the order number from Barry Supra, George. There is just no feedback, nothing. As this is a company vehicle, every day that it is not in service, we loose a lot of income. It is the first Kia that I bought, but never in my life again!
