Vehicle Sold with Defect

I had purchased a vehicle from the dealership 2 months ago and when taking it in for service it turned out that the vehicle had been sold to me with a BROKEN essential component (Alternator bracket) - WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OF-COURSE. Now the Warranty department refuses to pay out the bill of R8000 which I have contested as it don't make sense how can a vehicle that is no older than 6 months is already broken.

I am out of a vehicle for 3 Weeks now as the company refuses to issue me a courtesy car after selling me a vehicle that was not in a good condition. Till today I am waiting on a courtesy vehicle.
I feel ****** and there is no sense of sympathy from this company. I would never recommend you buy a 2nd hand vehicle from them.

I am disgusted by their service.
