Unsatisfactory service

I had previously dealt with Eugene when he was at Imperial Select the Glen who was an incredible salesman. Due to his excellent service, I used Motus in purchasing a second vehicle. The service I received from Motus Alberton has been nothing short of appalling. From being given incorrect information regarding my financing, to having to fight to get things that should have come standard with the car such as a service book, getting a license disk sorted, not being informed about the state of my brakes. The manner in which this transaction was dealt with has Kees than satisfactory. I’m in utter disbelief at the lack of of professionalism that I’ve been given and had to deal with.
