Unhappy with sales consultant and customer service after the deal.
I bought a vehicle from one of the branches in Gauteng. The sales person were lying to me since I started the process of buying the car. When I got there to take the car, I waited there for three and a half hours to be assisted. The left front fog lamp was broken and I was told that it is on the way and they will fit it. After the weekend I was told that it was ordered and they will send it to me. The "Spare key" was with head office. After 2 weeks, they will make a spare and then send it to me. The car is still not registered on my name( a lot of stories regarding that). Everytime you try to contact the manager or the sales consultant, they are always in meetings and nobody gets back to you. They don't assist after you've taken the car. If there is problems, they play for time that you can't take the vehicle back, because they have it all worked out on how to force you to keep the vehicle. Stay away from buying a vehicle from Imperial select.
This dealership is no longer and Imperial select dealership and is owned by Kia SA. I have copied you in correspondence sent to the dealership, and Directorate at Kia SA
Kind regards
