Unethicle vehicle salesmen

I went to Motus Select to have a look a vehichle options that was sent to me by Sizwe. Sizwe was not available to assist but I spoke to Nathi and I selected a vehichle last week Friday 10 May. Nathi sent the OTP through. I imediately app**** for finance through my bank and it was aproved on Monday 13 May. The bank sent all the information through to the dealer on Monday 13 May. Yesterday 14 May I contacted Sizwe via whatsapp and I was told that he would find out from Nathi. This morning 15 May I contacted the bank to find out if they need anything further from me as I have not heard from the dealer. The bank told me that everything is in place and they are just waiting for the invoice. I contacted Sizwe and he did not answer his phone. I then decided to call the dealers landline and asked for a senior person. I spoke to Dirk who then told me that someone else came in, also interested in the vehicle and they sold it to the second person. I drove paste the dealership this morning and the vehicle that I arrange financing on is still on the floor. Dirk told me that he would get the dealer priciple, Chris Jones, to call me. I am still waiting for his call. 1. Why are they not telling the second person interested in the vehicle that there is someone else first in line for it. 2. How can they go and sell a vehicle, which has a buyer, to someone else. This is totally unexceptable.
