********* Sale not abiding by the TCF act (treating customers fairly)

i bought a car with them( NOTHCLIFF) in January i think and was told i have an extended service plan with audi,Yesterday i paid them a visit to book in my car was referred to their service department to book it and i provided my VIN number and everything was told it still has a service plan i must go to audi i went there to book was quoted R3500 for thursday i then communicated with one of their consultants but then he told me i have to pay it funny thing up until yesterday i was requesting my contract and only yesterday was it sent their service is appalling i wanted to buy another car with them but will not infact i am seeking advice from my legal team i want nothing to do with them if this is how ********* they will sell to us.
