My wife went to imperial select to test drive a car at imperial select Tokai. The car was a Chevrolet Spark 1.2gls. My wife wanted to pay cash for the vehicle and asked the salesperson assisting her if the person is willing to give a good deal. This was refused to her outright. Nothing was even done to assist the customer or to meet her half way. My father-in-law purchased his vehicle from you with no complications. This is my first experience from imperial select. Which I will not do business with. Thanks for the bad first time impression.
