Typo error I paid for the wrong car insurance

Bought a car from imperial select Germiston a couple of years ago. I finally decided to change my insurance and shocked to find out that my finance papers did not match my car, but to a different car My M & M code did not match to my car and according to the papers i had a hyandai atos on the one side and the other side i had a kia. So basically I was insured for the wrong car. The engin number was my car,, but the M & M code ( which is used to descripe your car, make and model) was to an hyundai atos. The feedback i got was "sorry it was a typo" so for a typo I paid the wrong insurance? Not happy with this at all!
