Tokai MultiFranchise - avoid purchasing second hand vehicles from this dealership

I bought a second-hand Duster from Tokai Mulitfranchise in January and discovered after taking the car to HiQ in Cape town that the Front Left Hub is damaged to such a extent that the wheels cannot be aligned. Was first told that the damage was a manufacturing fault but subsequently was told that I must have hit a pothole or had an accident and that the damage is for my own cost. The dealership sent me a wheel alignment 'report' that they did before they sold the car to me but since they do the alignment in-house the accuracy of this report cannot be trusted. They're attitude was - too bad, your problem. So frustrating to have spent so much money on a vehicle that is damaged with no recourse.
