Think twice before do business with imperial select.

I bought a brand new Foton at Imperial Select with many mistakes. The largest and most important is that the vehicle makes a huge black cloud of smoke when start it, I took it back and the dealer assured me that there was nothing wrong and that's fine if the vehicle smoke like that. 2 weeks after the dealer's assured me that the vehicle is safe and right, the vehicle cut out in the evening with me as a woman at 1,400 km on the speedometer and I were put into danger. The vehicle stand for four and a half months for repairs and the error could not be repaired.

Last week, the borrowing vehicle’s registration expires. I notified imperial and asked for new registration papers. The dealer said my vehicle is right and he cannot renew the registration. On Monday the dealer brings the vehicle to me and I see some errors like the lights were restored, but there is nothing about the mechanical problems that’s the most important done. I call the dealer and he tells me that the vehicle has been tested and its right, a diesel engine must smoke like that, the same story they told me when I first took it in. It seems if the dealer just got it to start. I refuse to accept the vehicle because of my own safety.

I asked different companies specializing in mechanical problems on the situation and everyone agrees that there is a serious problem with the vehicle that will cause the vehicle to break again. Not our diesel vehicle, my friends and customers where I work who got diesel vehicles smoke if it starts, even if the speedometer is over 100,000 km.

The dealer wants to force me to take back my vehicle thats not fixed properly by refuse to renew the borrowing vehicle's registration that is with me all week anyway. I cannot use a vehicle that is not registrated. I run a small business and it is for me very difficult to operate without proper reliable transport especially where work is scarce.

I asked him if he would be satisfied with such a vehicle in such a condition. His answer is that he understands my situation, but I have to take it back

When I referred him to article 56 that shows he should refund me, he said "I know the article and will not cancel the deal".

So PLEASE think twice before you do business with imperial Select, if you have a serious problem it would be very difficult or impossible to restore it.
