They Prey on the Uninformed. BMW 320i F30

I bought a BMW 320i 2017 (Red) from this guys, everything was smooth, paper work and car delivered in 1 week. Although they promised to send the car for quality check to my nearest BMW, I'm based in Gauteng they in Mpumalanga. I booked car in and it went for Quality Check and failed with replaced shocks and poor paint work. The dealer claimed it was just minor scratches and that the car was not involved in an accident, even to this day they refuse to acknowledge something is ***** with the car any. I was advised by BMW technicians that I must just return the car as it shows signs of accidental damage, bear in mind the car has only done 20K kms. Fast forward to the 1st of Feb 2020. I returned the car, drove (+-380kms) with 2 cars, I dropped car and asked to do a deal undo. They told me the car was with the panel beaters, also note my tracker unit is still active, I could see the car was in the premises so I avoided confronting them. Fine drove back without my car. Instead of doing a deal undo, they re-sold the car back to me and when I refuse to sign the refinance, they told their driver to turn back, lol note the driver was on william nicol. Fine I sign the online contract and sign the forms the driver has (Amounts are different). Anyway long story short it took me 3 weeks to get the guys to settle the car they sold me, they didnt do a deal undo they sold the car back to me of which I only find out later that it is the wrong way of doing it, but it only took them less than a week to sell me the car. ANYWAY BE-CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS GUYS, THERE'S A GUY CALLED WAYNE (used car manager) he's one of those useful guys.
