They Only Care about sealing the deal, not own Clientsnts

04 January 2023 my partner and I bought second hand vehicle at Motus Select Klerksdorp, within Kia Dealership offices. A warm assistant by an old MAN named Tony and Marcus the manager TURNED from good business deal being sealed, to YOU'RE NOW ON YOUR OWN.

ONLY 2WEEKS after using the Car, driving on not so smooth tar in town, we started HEARING OFFISH SOUND coming from underneath the car...

We drove in it with him in town mind you it's a SMOOTH tar road and it FELT like a car we'd go for that's within our budget at first.

We did paper work and were told it MUST STILL go in for ROADWORTHY process, till today still haven't received that certificate.

We told him it's too early to hear such and are aware is Second hand but it JUST CAME FROM SERVICE and OTHERS CHECKS.

THEIR WARM HOSPITALITY of even advicing us to "CALL if we EXPERIENCE ANYTHING OFF" on the car",.... "WE UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER RELATIONS" All those nice words TURNED TO ASHES.

LONG STORY SHORT, THEY CLAIM NOT HAVE HEARD THE SOUND OR TRUE they did not BECAUSE THEY TEST IT ON SMOOTH ROAD ONLY.

I feel that IF I DON'T FIX IT, IT'S MY LIFE AT RISK...

2 weeks back I tried to reach out for the last time after MAZDA DEALERSHIP gave me quote of R4000 TO FIX A PROBLEM THEY CLAIM TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY ME, til now Marcus the manager still left me hanging with, "will see how we can help". It's already 5 months hoping they'll help, Nothing.
