I have had the greatest experience with the team from Imperial Select Kempton Park. the service was immaculate and I got treated like a family member. We bought a Volvo S60 where Riaan and Charmaine assisted us with the sale. I went through the car with hawk eyes and spotted some small issues like brake pads and the service indicator for the 120 000km service. This is where things got interesting, Riaan sent the car for the full major service and the replacing of the brake pads at NO extra cost. Wessel assisted us with the financial side of things and he is the best at it. We are beyond satisfied with Riaan, Charmaine and Wessel's service. They were so great to us, that I bought my second Volvo from them in less than 2 months (after requesting a specific vehicle, of which Riaan managed to find for me) and getting the exact same service as before. We got full franchise service history Volvo's including main and spare keys. I urge one and all who is in the market for buying a vehicle, to go see Riaan and his team of Customer dedicated staff.
