After I took delivery of my used vehicle on tuesday it was apparent that the vehicle had a water leak that was not repaired.

I was really upset with this but thanks to Pieter he sorted the problem. Took it on himself to collect the vehicle immediately from me and also provided me with a loan car to commute in the meantime. He made this experience seamless and kept me up to date of the progress.
