terrible service from the dealer I bought a car but i can't get it

<p>I came to the dealer to purchase a vehicle after the deal was approved they said I can come fetch the car on the day that I decided to fetch my car after they had harassed me for a deposit, the car was not ready all sorts of faults on the car were not fixed, and even the common things on the car was not done a proper valet.. I'm very upset about this because I had to take leave from work and drive from PMB to Durban to get the car only to find out that what the sales man promised to do was not done but he knew that the car needed to be released. It's clear that customers do not matter in this shop because if we did a common curtesy would have been app****, I will never recommend this dealer to anyone.. </p>
