Terrible Experience Nelspruit Multifranchise

Most disappointed in this dealership. My car went in for a service and I was informed that I needed R20,000 worth of parts and labour to be carried out. Long story short - the only parts I actually needed were front brake pads - which I had replaced at a third of their price, as well as repairs to the tie rods - repair NOT REPLACEMENT - for less than half the price quoted by Nelspruit Multifranchise. The fans which we were told needed replacing would take 6 - 8 weeks to be available - at a cost of R5000 - were not needed at all. This we found out thanks to the very efficient service of Renault Bryanston, who had ordered the fans for us and who are now in the process of refunding us the money we paid for the fans.

Shame on you Nelspruit Multifranchise.
