TATA WARRANTY
FRONT DISCS DEFECTIVE AND TATA REFUSE TO REPLACE<br> <br> My 2014 Tata Indica has 28 800km on the clock and after the front DISCS was REPLACED on only 12 000km due to it shuddering when braking I took it in for repairs again as it shudders AGAIN. The service appointment was for Monday 20 July 2015 AT Menlyn Imperial and only today (24 July 2015) I got feedback that TATA will NOT cover and replace the discs as the car has done more than 20 000km and older than 1 year. <br> <br> The warranty states that: The vehicle is covered by warranty for 36 months or 100 000km and will cover defective parts. This however excludes the brake pads I agree but INCLUDES THE INFERIOR DISCS WHICH WAS FITTED ON 12 000KM and WHICH THE CAR CAME OUT WITH.<br> <br> TATA HOWEVER REFUSE TO REPLACE THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.<div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Accordian Investments, distributors of Tata cars &
