Tata - The worst vehicle you will ever own!

My company's 2014 Tata Super Ace bakkie has been with Tableview Multifranchise for over a month now. It was diagnosed with a blown head gasket (the 2nd one in 40000km). Week after week promises are made by various people that the bakkie will be ready soon and week after week these promises are broken due to parts being wrong, processing of warranty claims, waiting on reports and so forth. I have not been given a courtesy vehicle, so my business is suffering. I rarely get call about progress being made, I always need to phone and find out what is happening. I am utterly disappointed in Tata as a brand and in Tableview Multifranchise's inability to communicate effectively and provide a decent service.
