Supply of Vehicle without license and road worthy.

Imperial Select in Gezina have acted in contravention with the traffic laws of SA, by giving/allowing me to drive a vehicle off their showroom floor which is not road worthy and licensed. <br> The dealership cannot provide a license for a vehicle which they sold me in May 2014. No one is held accountable and they cannot give me a valid reason for this. They say it was road-worthied and we should get a license from the post office. We have done all their dirty work for them, even going as far as to pay for parts so that \the vehicle can go through the test". We have no paperwork that proves it was done.
