Stranded and absolute bad service

I bought a vehicle at Kua Wonderwaters multifranchise last year.

I was nit not given a spare key, contacted them and have been given the ran around.

Almost 3 weeks ago having written to hello Peter, they responded that they would collect my vehicle to go and program a new new for spare. Have not had luck and the existing key was damaged when they fetched the car to program the new key.

My car is stuck, left stranded despite numerous calls and emails to them.

The current key refuses to work and multi franchise could not be bothered.

Went to Ford, they could not assist as well.

Thank you Mike, but I have absolutely lost confidence and hope. That is all I have been getting. To a point that I am now literally stranded . I have to mode of transportation. I intend getting a tow truck and tow the vehicle back to the dealership as it's of no use to me. Let alone the inconvenience .
