Still the same bad service

After the complaint I logged, the car was taken in to the workshop for repairs. The car was in for about one and a half weeks. The auxi****y water pump was causing the problem and was replaced. Today 03/06/2019 I went to fetch the car, all good. I drove +-20 km and the car started jerking and loosing power and the next moment it was just smoke coming out at the tailpipe. I stop the car at a nearby place where I know someone so i can behind security gates as the eare is not a very safe area. I phone the franchise and told them what happend, they send out the recovery vehicle to come and collect the car, after I waited 45 min. I drove with the recovery vehicle to the workshop. They checked the car and told me it must stay there as they need to open it up. While standing by them they also showed me that the one turbo pipe is cracked and also there is some damp oil on the turbos. Why was this not picked up and replaced at the 101? I am not happy at all with the car, as it keeps on giving problems and now how must I know I can still trust the car after all this? The engine my be damaged! In the meantime I cant do my work as I cant claim my kilometros back on my car due to late registration number so I lost R4000 already due to that, I cant claim on the courtesy car as it is not connected to my company systems, losing more of my income. Plus the courtesy car is not big so I have to drive up and down to get all my stuff to my sites where I have to work. I bought a lux car and now I drive a small uncomfortable car more than my own car and I loose income. Who is going to pay the loss of income? I want the car to be taken to BMW and I want them to install a new engine, as I can't trust the engine in the car. My next step will be to go to the obitsman and my attorney if I have to., and also the news papers. This mail was sent on Monday 03/06/2019 it is now Friday 07/06/2019 no response from them. Apparently one of their sales people told me this is not the first time they had to replace a car's engine they sold. Looks like they only do a quick fix and hope it last long enough so you can't come back.
