Stay away from Honda/Subaru Westrand!

In sumarry, a service technician at Motus Honda/Subaru Westrand made some mistake that led to a spark plug falling into the main chamber of the 2020 Honda Amaze I bought from them a month earlier in Feb. I heard it fall in, it sounded like a rock was in the engine a few minutes before the car stopped on the side of the road. I use the car to earn a living on Uber (a fact I have communicated). As we speak I am still waiting for the car to be repaired.

I wish I knew why I am still waiting. Sometimes when he feels like it the customer service (that's service with a capital LOL) case manager Mr Paul Strydom (from Honda Motor Southern Africa) sends me some information. The latest I heard was that there were parts scheduled to arrive from Japan last week, did they arrive? I have no idea. Is the car being fixed? Your geuss is as good as mine. I have grown weary of being the one to call and follow up and seeing that Mr Strydom refuses to put me in contact with someone more senior (A written request he has ignored twice), I am trying my luck with hello Peter.

It would be nice if someone from Motus Select Honda or Honda Southern Africa but most ecspecially Honda/Subaru Westrand could take some responsibility.
