SSANGYONG KORANDO

Purchased the vehicle with a service agreement which is not being honored due to some disagreement between PE Multifranchise and whoever took over this division from them. Booked my vehicle in for a service last week for today (07/04), I live in Jeffreys Bay and had to take time off work. As I was walking out the door to start the hour long journey I received a call saying that they 'no longer serviced the Ssangyong Korando' and that I must contact and deal with Motorland. Why it took them a week to figure out that they won't service my vehicle under the original agreement signed on purchase, I'll never know. Apart from the time I've had to take off work, I have also had to completely re-arrange my business day for tomorrow, including a collection from the airport.

Hello HELLOJHL,

Mahindra SA took over the SsangYong agency in 2012 and allowed our dealerships to service vehicles until the end of the standard Service Plans which have come to an end.

Unfortunately they will no longer provide our dealerships with parts.

We apologise for the error made by the Service Advisor and have relayed your complaint to the Dealer Principal.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Kind regards
