Spare kwy s from Renault pineyown

I am disgusted with Renault Pinetown. I bought my car in 2017. I have never received my spare keys. I did try to go there more than 4 times. I have begged them cos I need my spare keys. Manager at Renault Pinetown promised me to call me last year nothing until today. No explanation I must go with them. I will never buy anything from Renault Pinetown. I bought it from AZAD
