Sold Secondhand Vehicle as New

Our daughter brought a vehicle from TATA Edenvale, she app**** on the Saturday they gave her a prize of R142000, the Monday her finance was approved then they phoned to say the prize increased to R152000 we were not happy about this and told them they must give it to us for the prize they committed to on the Sat, they committed to it but said they will give us a model that is on the floor, brand new but on the floor, we agreed to it. When my daughter collected the vehicle it had 450km on the odometer, we were not happy about it but they assured us the vehicle is brand new. 2 months later after taking delivery of vehicle the bank informed us that my daughter must resign the agreement as the vehicle is a 2015 model and not a 2016 as originally on the agreement she signed. We are not in agreement, we submitted a complaint to Gavin Hendriks and for two weeks he hasn't done anything about it, he doesn't reply to mail and is arrogant, this morning we've spoken to Johan and he said he will phone us back. This is not acceptable if we wanted to buy a secondhand vehicle we would have done so we purchased a new vehicle we were done in. This need urgent attention your services is very bad
