Sold me a previously crashed vehicle
I bought a Ford Ranger in October 2017. I specifically asked if the car was in an accident before I purchased it to which they assured me it was not. I waited 2 weeks for delivery as they were "waiting for a small part". Finally I received my car to which it broke down one day after I received it. I also filled the car with more than a R1000 of Diesel on the morning it broke down. the car was then taken to Ford BB Menlyn where after we were informed that the car had major problems including a faulty gearbox, head cylinder, etc. and the car had been in a major accident previously. We found out the car was previously rolled. The deal was uplifted, but they refuse to pay back my R1000 diesel as they have no proof ( which is still probably in the ranger) and have no interest in helping even though they were completely in the wrong. What if something went wrong while my children were in the car with me? They don't seem to care. I find this to be a very dishonest business and would never support or recommend them to anyone.
Good afternoon Yvette
Please can you let me know which dealership you bought this Ranger from, as I cannot find it on this post

I have been in contact with Christo Roberts, The Sales Manager at Menlyn, who advised me he has had discussions with your husband regarding the petrol, and advised him that all he needs is proof of the petrol transaction and then he can refund the money, but without "proof of purchase" he cannot get a refund authorised
