So *********!!!

I just would like to enquire on a matter I am currently dealing with my car.

I purchase the VW TSI 1.2 Trendline 2014 Model in November from Imperial select – Polokwane and the car stop driving on the 3rd May.

I drove the car for 5 months and sitting with no vehicles at the moment as they informed me that the engine of the vehicles will need to be replaced and the engine is beyond damage to repair. I have submitted my case to the Ombudsman and waiting their respond.

I am so annoyed as the dealership informed me that they are not able to assist me, my car was sent to VW Lenasia and I was told that the car was last serviced with you guys at 45 000 km - the car is currently on 118 000km.

I just thought I share my problem with you as this is your brand and puts your name in a bad light, I don’t think anyone should go through something like this.

I can’t figure out how the car that’s a 2014 model which is 3 years old that the engine needs to be replaced? There are cars that are on the road for 20 years and their engine has never given them problems? cobus mentioned that vehicles from our new floor just run dead for nothing. this says a lot that they are selling faulty cars.

I just can’t understand how this car I bought engine needs to be replace. everyone is sending me around in circles and i despreately need a car as i cant get to do the things i require to do and how long am i going to wait for MIO to get back to me so i have to basically wait another 3 months this is crazy. they cant even help me with a car till my car is fixed!!!

the bank is not even of my assistance!!!!!!! but i have never missed a payement.

please advise what i should do. and Renette in the customer service assisted me with deals for the MIO and NCC but as she mentioned "Unfortunately I am only able to facilitate your complaint, I am not authorized to make a decision on the dealerships behalf, each individual Dealer Principal is responsible for the operation of their branch" -

so i dont think i need to hear from her again!!! thd dealer principal has never contacted me to find out what the problem is and if they couls assist me!
