Sneaky Renault

I purchased a new car for my wife in 2020. The vehicle came with 1yr free insurance, 2year maintenance plan and 5yr warranty. Last year I took my vehicle for the first service and on the service form it stated that the next service is in 15000km or AFTER 1yr. This year, after 1yr (2wks after the last year service), I took the vehicle for its next service and was told that the service plan expired last month and that I have to pay for this years service. I feel totally cheated out of my service plan of the vehicle and now I'm going to be left out of pocket for a service that I was originally given to purchase the vehicle. This is very sneaky of Renault regarding this. I am now so disgusted, I am looking into selling the vehicle due to this service received.
