Shocking - would give minus stars

<p>Multifranchise in Paarden Eiland is the worst. No after sales support. They switched my license plates with another car and I keep getting fines for a car I don't own. They have said they would fix the problem...almost a year later and still not resolved. I have to constantly do admin with the City of Cape Town because the person with my number plates drives like an ass. </p>
