Settlement outstanding and general bad experience
I bought a KIA Cerato from Edenvale Multifranchise and traded in my car. The problems that I had are as follows:

1. The selling price of the car on the quote was higher than the advertised price. I had to request a new quote after I picked it up.
2. Additional products i.e. extended warranty, were added to the quote without asking me and no documentation about the products was provided. I had to request a new quote removing some of the products.
3. After purchase of the vehicle I was told that said documentation would be mailed to me but it wasn't. I had to go into the dealer to request documentation.
4. Was given the wrong spare key for the car. Dealer couldn't find spare key to the car, so I now have someone else's spare key which means they don't have a spare key as well.
5. Trade in car hasn't been settled yet. Car was traded in on 3 March. Was told that it had been settled on 3 separate occasions but it still hasn't been. I'm still paying for a car that is not
in my possession as well as the interest. If the car was settled on time I would have paid approximately R500 less on interest. I did see the car on show, how is it possible to sell a car you don't own?
