Service Plan rip-off

I bought a car last year in July 2021, with a service plan for 2yrs/45000km, I had the car serviced for the first time in Feb 2022 and the advisor told me that service plan would expire in May 2022. I need to know why or how can a service plan that is supposed to be for 2yrs only expired after 7 months of ownership and who is responsible for paying for my other service if the plan has expired.

I have been trying to reach the dealership with no luck, and contacting the gentleman who assisted me with sale has achieved nothing. I am being sent from pillar to post, being told contact this person and another and then being told that the person who can help me has resigned.....it is a nightmare.

My car is due for service soon and I don't know who will cover for it
