Service Charge seriously overpriced

I was advised at 15.30 on( 15 April 2015) the day I left my car for a 60 000 service that my vehicle was going to the workshop at that time. I arrived at the garage at 16.50 and found my vehicle parked outside , road tested and washed and valeted.When presented with my bill i was charged for 3.3 hours of work . As this was patently impossible I objected but had no choice but to pay . I also objected to the charge levied for engine and diff oil an amount of R990.00. Pricing the oil used at Midas on 16 April ,by make ,grade and quantity of these materials used I was quoted from Midas an amount of R310. Midas were not quoting me at cost but with their normal mark-up therefore as well as being overcharged for the labour I was seriously overcharged for the oil used. I have raised this several times with Kis**** Dukhanti at the RMI website but since 29 April 2015 have not had a response either from RMI or the garage concerned . I would like to caution all members of the public to be aware of this garage's practices.
