REPAIRS NOT SATISFACTORY

I sent my vehicle for repairs at the above mentioned dealership about 2 weeks back , the complaint being that the vehicle was swerving and pulling to one side. My assumption was that the ball joints had fractured , and the service guys informed me that the parts were not covered under warranty. They installed some rubbers and charged me R1761,07 which i paid, only to realise that the fault in question had not been solved. Bear in mind i bought the vehicle and secured a 3 year/ 150 000km warranty. Now how do you book a vehicle and just install rubbers without checking what really caused it. I run a transport company, and that vehicle is my main asset, so imagine for 2 weeks, i have not been able to service my customers properly. This vehicle is only on 77 450km and has already proved unbearable. The dealership in question has not contacted me since last week to tell me the way forward and all this time i'm losing my business. My issue is that i'm paying for a service that is not being provided satisfactorily to me. Please assist.

(Supplier name changed from Associated Motor Holdings to Imperial Select Multi Franchise by Hellopeter.com)

Hello Dumara,

Your complaint has been transferred onto the Imperial Select site.

We have been in contact with the Service Manager who has advised that SA Warranties has paid the claim as set out by the policy schedule and the difference is due by you.
