Renault Triber - Warranty & Steering noise.
Collected our 2021 vehicle in Feb 2023 @19000km. By April the battery started giving problems. Had my 1st service in August 2023 only find out that the shocks are already worn and the warranty only covers the 1st year/20000km from release...Vehicle makes a terrible noise when turning the steering wheel. Apparently its normal and no one can tell me what exactly it is except that's its normal for this vehicle and two others. Is there no solution to this? Why release a vehicle with faults to the market in the 1st place. Renault/Motus group needs to relook at their warranty plan. Very unhappy that I am experience this for vehicle thats less than 2 years old. Wont be buying a Renault again.

04 Dec 2023, 15:59Matter was already escalated to Renault Head office & Dealer. They are unwilling to assist. I fee this warranty cut off shouldn't apply to us as we are the 2nd owners of the vehicle and had not done 20000km at the time of our 1st service.
"See attached, vehicle came in for the 30000km service and we reported Left front shock noisy (warranty don’t pay as shocks are covered for a period of 1year or 20000km).Regarding the other noises and complaints, the vehicle was tested and they are normal for the Triber vehicles, this was also confirmed by the tech alert from Tyran from Springfield park."
