Renault Centurion - Horrific Service

My interaction with the Renault Centurion was an absolute nightmare. I read positive reviews about them and expected the same service but that did not happen unfortunately.

My initial interaction with them was pleasant till I handed in my car (Kwid) for 60K service on Tuesday ****h February 2020). They had initially told me that I could not get my car back as Traffic service plan only issues payment after approximately 48 hours which I can understand is out of their hands so this was fine.

They then called me on the same day (Tuesday) to tell me that my front brake pads need to be changed (which i later found out that Kwid has faulty brake pads, pretty much everything is bad quality) and the service plan will not be covering it so I had to pay R1 442.00 , they then called me again in the evening to tell me that my sump needed to be replaced but they cannot source it locally so they have to order it from France which will take 31 working days! Then while on the same call they told me that they managed to source it locally.

On Wednesday 12th February, I spent my entire day calling Renault Centurion to find out when I'll be getting my car and specifically asked to speak to the service manager, who did not answer or return my calls. I was then told at 3pm after calling all day that they cannot assist me, and that I can only get assisted the following day as there was no one that can help me.

On Thursday, I gave them a call first thing in the morning and told them to give me my car back, I got there at 3pm and had to wait till after 5pm to get it back as they were still fixing the sump, which is something they could have done in the three days they had my car. My overall experience has been horrific, the lady who was assisting me Sellina did try her help but the place is just badly managed overall. I would not recommend going there, I would also not recommend anyone to buy a Kwid it has so many factory faults, it will actually cost you more in the long run.
