Ref 27169...from renault pinetown..purchased brand new renault kwid .after a mth noise coming from gearbox took it in tech Shane diagnosed fault as faulty releaser bearing foreman from workshop Zak also confirmed same..when escalated to head office for authorization to repair same....they say other cars make same noise which is so unprofessional I need my car repaired as it's a mth old and have a warranty...just come out of hospital and this is stressing me can senior management call me on ***..
