Purchasing of Vehicle

I purchased a second hand Np 200 bakkie from Imperial select Northcliff in January this year through Emile. When signing the papers they added on some extras which included motor plan, extended warranty, service plan with out properly mentioning the new principle amount. The bakkie went from a principle amount of R120 000 to R160 000. An extra 30 percent. I later found out that they had also charged me for window tinting which when we viewed it, it already had and is worn and peeling. They also mentioned that the bakkie had a full service history and that Imperial don't sell vehicles with out the full service history. He also said that the bakkie would go in for a service before they release it. Since then we have had to leave numerous messages for them to phone back. Sent emails. Discovered the vehicle service book is empty. Hasn't even been in for the first service. Clutch needs repairing. Had to replace the break pads.Passenger door doesn't lock. I find their service very ********* and would of thought with buying a car from Imperial we were buying from a reputable and reliable company. Not so!
