Purchase of Used Vehicle - DANGREROUS and BAD SERVICES

I purchased a used vehicle (12k km) - two days later there was a very loud knocking sound on the front of the vehicle by the wheels. Took vehicle to TWT and they found that the wheel nuts had not been tightened. THIS COULD HAVE ****ED SOMEONE. No apology forthcoming from the dealer principle. Then bluetooth needed to be fitted. Promised it would be done in one day. They collect the vehicle after 11.30 am, come back after 12pm for spare keys - to be told at 16.15 sorry won't be done today. Oh and too bad so sad, how you get around - no loan vehicle.

Please allow us to take the matter with the Dealer Principal.
Please accept our apologies for what has transpired.

Called the dealer principle now. He advised that they cannot be expected to know the products that they sell. He advised that they do not have courtesy vehicles. When I suggested that they refund me for the Uber costs to get my son to university and back, he actually LAUGHED at me. So still not his problem - wonder if he would have a courtesy car available if it was his son stranded because of his bad service.

Update: So, Phillip called to tell me the vehicle is accident damaged and they will do a like for like exchange. His offer - a vehicle with app. 10 000km more on the ODO and refusal to compensate for the difference in kilometers. When they bring me the vehicle to inspect (the one with more KM's) it is in a terrible condition compared to the one I had bought. The steering wheel was loose and moved around just for example. I asked for a report regarding what is wrong with the vehicle I bought, and no response. Something is just wrong at this dealership. I am going to the motor industry ombudsman.
