Problematic Step-way Plus

This dealership is not worth going too. Absolutely poor customer service. I purchased a Brand New Step-way Plus from them and I have endless problems with it.The dealership makes a lot of promises (the Principle Dealer : Gary Monteiro, the Sales Manager : Ben Pillay and Service Manager: Zak Seedat), but does not keep up to their word. My car has been to the dealership more than 8 times and has not been fixed. The new Kwid and Step-way have sub-standard flywheels put in them, therefore the engine light will keep coming on which cuts power from the engine. Please do proper research before purchasing a Renault Kwid or Step-way.
