Poor service, lack of help

Sent my car in for a major service yesterday. Asked them to check the following • Car randomly switches off while driving. (They claim their is nothing wrong) • Reverse gear does not engage occasionally. ( They claim their nothing wrong)

Although the above is not included with the major service they should have helped me out at least with an opinion other then "There is nothing wrong".

As a result I was stranded in Kraaifontein in the middle of the night trying to figure out what the problem could be. To my surprise and looked into the air filter for air starvation and I found it filthy with leaves, luxary papers, insects. It wasn't even cleaned out. (Pictures available)

For 8 600 I would've expected the mechanics provide me with a better quality service all around Instead of people telling me hastily there is nothing wrong. Upon arrival it was evident to see, they just wanted my car out of the shop as they were ready to leave
