Poor service from Imperial Select Kia Wonderwaters
We bought the vehicle in 11 September 2015 and have been dealing with Dewalt who told us that we have a month to report any problems. There was a problem with the cable and the vehicle only had 3 mats, there was no engine cover. The car went in, we were told that it would take a day or two, they kept it for a week. When we got the vehicle back, the windscreen had a 30cm crack and the problems is still not fixed. The vehicle had to go back in again.
We have now been told that they need an Affidavit for the registration, this was 3 months later that we have been told to get this and was after my husband asked where the papers are? Why did they not tell us when we bought the vehicle?
We also wanted to speak to Dewalt's manager - Nong told us that he is too busy to help us and he isn't going to speak to us, I must deal with Dewalt.
The dealership have said that we must pay half towards the windscreen as it is the driver's word against ours. It has been almost 5 month and we still don't have the registration papers for our vehicle and I don't know if the vehicle is on my name. The only problem they solved was the cover for the engine. up to today 09/02/2016
