Absolute shocking support from Renault South Africa!!!!

My clutch gave in and had to phone literally half a day around and NO ONE CAN PHONE ME BACK! Eventually got through to Renault Clearwater after several tries, but they could only book me "next week wednesday"...so much emergency assitance!!! Atleast they actually answered compared to Renault Fourways and Northcliff....not even to mention their absurd app, where no one has assisted me for 48hrs!!!!!

From Renault Fourways to Renault Clearwater, what you call service is shocking!!!!

Plus you had the nerve to ask on of your Customer Care agents to contact, and this idiot has the nerve to keep getting my name wrong! Then warns me that I can't be frustrated and lash out???!! "Quality calls are recorded??!!!" who gives a sh*t!!!!

Lesson 101, never argue with a client! A touch of professionalism is to first admit and apologize for the inconvenience caused, but customer care can't even get this right!
